VOLUNTEERING PARTNERS

Take a look at our previous collaborations to give back to our community.

Thank you to all of our PSA members for participating!

Operation Santa Claus (OSC) is a year-round program that provides gifts and toys to Orange County's most vulnerable children, many of whom have endured abandonment, neglect or abuse and consequently were placed into a foster care program. OSC also provides new holiday gifts to children of disadvantaged families who are receiving services from the County of Orange.

Senior Santa and Friends is a year-round donation program dedicated to delivering gifts and special request items to low-income older adults and dependent adults. The recipients are clients of the County of Orange Social Services Agency and the Orange County Health Care Agency.

During our Fall 2025 quarter, we coordinated a holiday drive with the program and collected over $500 worth of toys, clothing, hygiene items, and other gifts for individuals in need within our local community! Thank you to all our PSA members who generously donated and helped making this possible.

OCFC is licensed by the California Department of Social Services as a temporary shelter and provides a warm, nurturing and safe environment for children who are unable to remain with their parents due to abuse, abandonment, and/or neglect. Volunteers are an essential part of OCFC and the lives of the children we serve. Through the generous support of community partners, we are able to provide collaborative care for the children placed at OCFC.

During our most recent visit, we had the opportunity to work with children of varying ages on creative art activities designed to reflect meaningful psychological concepts, ranging from simple meditation exercises to artistically creating their own ‘emotional monsters,' which allowed them to explore various healthy coping skills and represent their feelings in a fun and approachable way.
