Description:

  • Conducts qualitative research exploring the emergence and effects of prison policies that affect incarcerated transgender Californians

  • Transcribing interviews, writing analytic memos, qualitative coding, and group based theoretical musing.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 one hour training sessions

  • One hour weekly meeting

  • Work will vary from 5-6 hours a week

    • Flexible working hours

  • Interest in following topics:

    • Policy, prisons, punishment, queer studies, sex and gender, or law
