Research | Research Assistant at the Behaviors, Emotions, and Affective Neuroscience (BEAN) Lab

Details:

In their lab, researchers focus on studying emotional and social functioning in individuals across the psychopathology continuum, paying particular attention to the psychosis spectrum, such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, schizotypy, social anhedonia, and detachment. They employ a multi-method approach and utilize various techniques, including self-reports, behavioral tasks, EEG, and EMG, to gain a deeper understanding of the underlying mechanisms of functioning and dysfunction.


Requirements:

RAs earn course credit for their lab work and typically take four units. This translates to working 10 hours per week in the lab.
