Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include supporting the Finance team with processing payments and reimbursement requests, basic ledger reconciliation, and other entry level finance and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Self-motivated and willing to learn

• Organized with a strong attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• UCI student, available throughout academic year

• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Experience with Kuali Financial System (KFS) is a plus

• Experience with Tableau is a plus
