Estimated pay: $16.00 -$17.00 per hour
Location: UCI School of Law
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support, resolving technical issues promptly.
- Respond to calls, emails, and support requests.
- Document, track, and manage technical problems.
- Install and maintain OS, troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
- Assist non-technical users, explaining complex concepts clearly.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Zoom, Mac, and Windows OS, enterprise networks, and printers.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Enrolled UC Irvine student.
