Provide general support to HR Business Partners and the HR Coordinator to assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and other clerical functions
Maintain human resource information system/records and compile reports as needed from the system
Update and process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, manager changes, and more in HR systems
Assist HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and HR Coordinator with scheduling interviews, and administrative onboarding and offboarding
Primary Location: Garden Grove, CA transitioning to Irvine, CA. Expectation is to work in the office 2-3 times a week and one day remote.
Salary: $19.00 Per hour
