About: Peer Health Educators (PHEs) are a group of student volunteers who provide health information to the campus community. This may include: alcohol/tobacco/other drugs, sexual health/healthy relationships, nutrition, body image, emotional well-being, and wellness which encompasses stress management, self-care, time management, and mindfulness.


Requirements: Commit to a full academic year (2021-2022) of volunteer service. Training to be a PHE starts in Spring with a 1.3 credit P/NP class on Fridays from 1-2:50pm. Prior to the start of Fall, there will be a mandatory 2-day training retreat.
