Chat and listen to people anonymously about a wide range of topics (i.e depression, anxiety, exercise motivation, etc) when creating your profile you can select which topics you feel comfortable talking about and which ones you don’t.
They provided online training and they have certificates for each level of being an active listener that you complete. This is a great way to get a glimpse of what therapy can look like if you are interested in that field and make a positive impact on someone.
